New Dads Support Group

How do I manage work and baby responsibilities?

What happened to my sex life and how can I get it back?

How do I handle the endless unsolicited advice from other parents?

Is it okay to sometimes feel angry at my baby?

You’ve researched and discovered there are endless amounts of support groups for new mothers—but surprisingly few, if any, for new fathers!  The New Dads Support Group is now accepting new participants for its time-limited, 8-member process group, to help new dads navigate the confusion, frustration, fears—and absolute joy of fatherhood.

In this private and safe setting, you’ll be able to unload, vent, commiserate, question, and share feelings with other dads that will KNOW what you’re talking about, and totally GET IT.

You’ll learn practical tips to make your life less stressful, gain insight into the emotional development of your baby, acquire new skills to communicate more effectively with your partner as you co-parent, and discover that many of the feelings you’re having are shared by other dads.

Most of all—this is YOUR time.  No demands, just a group of guys who support each other.
